UX/UI designer in global Music Startup WANTED

Heaven 11 is a growing entrepreneurially spirited Music Industry Start Up in developing world class cloud based rights management solutions serving needs of music industry professionals and music creators all over the planet. We are currently looking for a hard boiled User Experience Designer to join our Team. The role is based in our Tallinn, Estonia office.

A brand new position that you can help to define, the UX designer will work within our Product development team and collaborate with software engineers, marketing, sales people and clients to shape a bold vision for UX in everything the customer comes in contact with. Your main responsibility will include researching and brainstorming personas, crafting the UX architecture, wireframing and designing the flow of all product development challenges.

This job is not about designing interfaces that produce "clicks" and sales success. It is about building a meaningful, long-lasting relationship between our global platform and millions of users both industry professionals and creators all over the world. What person we ale looking for:
3+ years’ experience designing interfaces for web and cross platform applications.
A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions. Experience with complex B2B SaaS services is a plus.
A clean sense of design aesthetics, and a natural propensity towards simplification over complication.
Ready to play a flexible role across Heaven 11 products: sometimes as UX director, sometimes as primary UX designer, sometimes as UX liaison to others.
Have knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Has strong self-management skills, the ability to work autonomously, and multi-task.

Bonus Qualifications
Understanding of user-acquisition and retention strategy
Experience designing responsive web applications
Experience in a successful and high sale SaaS company
