Looking for animator/illustrator

Hello! I'm looking for a freelancer who'd be interested in making some "overlay illustrations" and animations for two instructional movies. The end product is a product demonstration.

With "overlay instructions", I mean design objects like the ones in these videos:

Not necessarily the same drawing style, though. Graphic style has not yet been set for the project.

Video editing skills is a plus, but not a requirement.
